Our products contain nuts and are made in a facility where nuts are present. As a result, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination with nut products, even if you order nut-free items.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges will be provided. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email, and we will gladly remake it to meet your expectations.

4. Storage Recommendations

The dates we provide are best stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Proper storage ensures the freshness and quality of our products.

5. Chocolate Varieties

We use milk and white chocolate in our products. Therefore, they are not suitable for vegans (unless dark chocolate is specifically requested).

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and production has begun, cancellation is not possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
